Yes. PayLexer is completely free right now, with no hidden charges and no credit card required. If anything changes in the future, existing users will always be the first to know, well in advance.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. PayLexer doesn’t charge any transaction fees. You pay only what the payment gateway itself charges, and that’s between you and the gateway you use. We don’t take a cut.
What happens if I need more than 5 sites?
The free plan covers up to 5 WordPress sites. If you need more, reach out to our support team. We’ll discuss the best option for your situation and make sure you’re taken care of.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card required. Create your account and start connecting your payment gateways right away.
What kind of support do I get with the free plan?
You get access to our support team. Submit a ticket through the Help Center, and a real person will get back to you, typically within 24 hours on business days.
Can I use the free plan for a client's website?
Yes. As long as the total number of connected sites stays within 5, you can use PayLexer across your own sites and client sites.
Can I switch gateways anytime?
Yes. Completely. You can connect, disconnect, or switch between supported payment gateways at any time from your PayLexer dashboard. No restrictions, no penalties.
Will PayLexer affect my existing payment gateway account?
Not at all. PayLexer connects to your existing gateway account. It doesn’t modify, interfere with, or replace it in any way. Your gateway account stays exactly as it is.
