After connecting HitPay through PayLexer, how do I make it available at checkout?
Once the integration is complete, simply enable HitPay in your WooCommerce payment settings. Customers will then see it as one of the available payment methods during checkout.
Why hasn't my WooCommerce order updated after the customer completed payment?
Order updates rely on your store receiving payment confirmation. If confirmation is still in progress, the order may remain pending briefly until PayLexer receives the update from HitPay.
Can I continue using Stripe or another payment gateway alongside HitPay?
Certainly. Connecting HitPay through PayLexer doesn’t replace your existing payment gateways. WooCommerce can continue offering multiple payment options to your customers.
If I update my HitPay API credentials later, do I need to reconnect my store?
