Once the connection is complete, simply enable Viva in your WooCommerce payment settings. Customers will then see it as one of the available payment options during checkout.
Why hasn't my WooCommerce order updated after the customer completed payment?
Order updates depend on payment confirmation reaching your store. If confirmation is still in progress, the order may stay pending briefly before PayLexer updates it automatically.
Can I keep Stripe or PayPal while adding Viva through PayLexer?
Certainly. Adding Viva doesn’t mean replacing your existing payment gateways. WooCommerce can continue offering multiple payment options at checkout.
If I change my Viva API credentials later, will I need to reconnect my WooCommerce store?
No. Simply update the credentials inside PayLexer and save your changes. Your existing WooCommerce setup remains connected.
