Why hasn't my customer received access to their download?
This usually means your store is still waiting for payment confirmation. Once PayLexer receives the confirmation from Fatora, Easy Digital Downloads automatically completes the purchase and grants download access.
Do I need to configure Fatora separately for every digital product?
