When will customers receive access to their downloads after paying through Viva?
Download access follows the normal Easy Digital Downloads workflow. Once PayLexer receives payment confirmation from Viva, your customers can access their purchased files according to your store settings.
Why hasn't the customer received their download yet?
This usually happens when payment confirmation hasn’t reached your store yet. After PayLexer receives the confirmation from Viva, Easy Digital Downloads completes the purchase automatically.
Do I need to configure every digital product separately?
No. Once Viva is connected through PayLexer, the integration works across your Easy Digital Downloads store. You don’t have to repeat the setup for every product.
Can I test a purchase before selling to real customers?
Absolutely. Running a few test purchases lets you confirm that payments, download delivery, and purchase emails are all working properly.
