No. PayLexer only connects Easy Digital Downloads to PesaPal. Payments go directly through PesaPal.
Will customers receive their downloads immediately after payment?
Yes. Once PesaPal confirms a successful payment, PayLexer updates Easy Digital Downloads so the purchase confirmation, receipt email, and download link are delivered automatically.
Why does PayLexer create an IPN ID during setup?
PayLexer uses the IPN ID to receive payment confirmations from PesaPal. This allows Easy Digital Downloads to release digital products automatically after successful payment.
Can customers access downloads before payment is confirmed?
No. PayLexer only updates the purchase after PesaPal confirms payment, so Easy Digital Downloads won’t release files until the transaction is complete.
