Is PayLexer involved in processing my payments?
No. PayLexer simply connects your WP Travel Engine website to DPO Pay. Every booking payment is processed securely by DPO Pay, and PayLexer never stores or handles your funds.
Can I test bookings before accepting real payments?
Yes. DPO Pay provides separate Test and Live credentials. Enter your test credentials in PayLexer, enable Debug Mode in WP Travel Engine, and complete a few trial bookings before switching to Live mode.
Do I need to configure webhooks or notification URLs?
No. Unlike many payment gateways, DPO Pay through PayLexer doesn’t require manual webhook configuration. Once your credentials are connected, PayLexer manages the payment notifications automatically.
Where can I view my bookings and payment records?
Your bookings remain inside WP Travel Engine, while payment details are available in both your DPO Pay account and PayLexer dashboard for easy tracking.
Does PayLexer charge anything on top of DPO Pay's fees?
No. DPO Pay’s processing fees are billed directly by DPO Pay. PayLexer doesn’t deduct a percentage of your bookings or add transaction fees.
